Customer Satisfaction

We conduct vacation surveys on a routine basis throughout the year. Our members tell us what they think about the purchase of the membership, our customer service, and the resort condominium properties. We provide some of those surveys on our website, but most importantly, we use this information to evaluate our sales distributors, our customer service and the resort condominium properties.
